Keep in mind that requesting deletion means losing access to course materials and your learning history. We'll confirm you understand this before processing the request.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you're removed immediately. We'll still send essential communications about courses you're enrolled in, but promotional content stops.

Data Portability

Request your information in a machine-readable format that you can transfer to another service. This includes your profile details, course history, and any content you've created within our platform.
