Corporate Finance Analyst Certification
We built this program for analysts who want practical skills, not just theory. Six months of focused training on valuation, financial modeling, and strategic decision-making. Applications open for September 2025 cohort.
What You'll Actually Learn
This isn't about memorizing formulas. We focus on building judgment through case analysis and real company data. You'll work with financial statements from Latin American markets alongside global examples.

Foundation & Analysis
Financial statement deep dives and ratio analysis. We spend more time here than most programs because getting the fundamentals right matters for everything that follows.
Valuation Methods
DCF modeling, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions. You'll value six different companies across various sectors and present your findings.
Strategic Application
M&A analysis, capital structure decisions, and board-level reporting. Final project involves a complete acquisition analysis with a presentation to industry professionals.
Learning from People Who've Done the Work
Our instructors have worked at investment banks, corporate finance departments, and advisory firms. They teach because they remember what it's like to struggle with complex valuation questions at 2am before a pitch.

Vincent Kowalski
Valuation Lead
Spent twelve years at mid-market M&A advisory firms. Vincent has valued over 200 companies and now focuses on teaching the practical skills that textbooks skip.

Sofia Petrescu
Financial Modeling
Former VP at a regional investment bank covering energy and industrials. Sofia teaches the modeling techniques she wished someone had shown her early in her career.

Radu Fischer
Strategic Finance
Twenty years in corporate development and strategic planning. Radu brings a CFO perspective to capital allocation and long-term financial strategy decisions.
